Before i rrly settle down n study my PBF test again, allow me to write something interesting for the day.
YadaYada.
the story goes like this:
Sch ended at 11.30am today and i've to give tuition at 1.30pm so i went to have lunch at Mac at YewTee. Entered Mac with my earphones on and i can see the Mac staffs saying sth to me and smiled widely nxt.
I was wondering what are they saying. took out my earphones and "Sorry?"
Mac staffs [most of the staffs] :
"WELCOME TO MCDONALDSSS !!!! " [SMILE WIDELY]
Me: ohh. hehhss.. [ O.O! since when they adopted this policy sia? ]
found myself a place to sit and waited for the queue to be shorter.. ok. went up to the counter. as i approached the counter..
Mac Staffs:
"HI WELCOME !!!!"Me:
(-______________-'') [smile back weirdly]
placed my order and took my food and.........
Mac Staffs:
" THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAYYY!!! HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAINNN !!!! "
Me: double
(-______________________-''')rightt. since when they adopted this?
then, i found out the reason not long after.
It was because..... their bosses are here to take a look at the outlet. i mean real big bosses.. quite a few angmos came in [ in suit ] and shake hand here shake hand there.. then the local managers showed them ard.. shake hand again.. smile widely.. blah blah blah.. all the things Big Bosses like to see n hear..
so tts the reason behind all those " WELCOME TO MCDONALDSSS!!" "THANK YOU!"
after the bosses left. no more "WELCOME TO MCDONALDSS!" "THANK YOU AND HAVE A NICE DAYYY !!"
Plastic. how interesting. interesting SHOW.
