Scary Weird Dreams

AHH!
It is freaking me out!
This morning i wake up panting heavily, and i recalled that i was running and the last thing i said in my dreams was
"I'm not going to shed a single tear!"Couldn't rmb what happen exactly but i felt so scared and i stared at the ceiling blankly when i wake up.
Hurr hurr.. i hate to have this kind of dreams and it does happens to me frequently..
SOBBBB !!Although i have slept for 9hours but i feel so so so so sleepy now and my head is so darn pain!
I realise
the only time i can slp peacefully
is when i have you slping beside me,
with your arms around me
and able to smell your smell.
